INALFA REACHES AGREEMENT WITH NV INDUSTRIEBANK LIOFManagement of Inalfa Roof Systems Group is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with NV Industriebank LIOF on a subordinated loan facility. This further strengthens the company’s capital structure, pursuant to the agreement reached early July 2009 with shareholders and banks, which has put the company on sound financial footing.
Inalfa Roof Systems is the global number 2 supplier of vehicle roof systems. Inalfa designs, develops and manufactures sunroofs and open-roof systems for the automotive industry and supplies customers such as BMW, Ford, Volkswagen, Volvo, Citroën, Daimler, Chrysler, Chery, Nissan and many others. Inalfa Roof Systems stands for innovation, technological competence and quality. Inalfa Roof Systems has its headquarters in Venray, the Netherlands, and has a global footprint with facilities in Italy, USA, South Korea, China, Brazil and Japan. The company employs ca. 1400 staff of which ca. 550 staff in Venray. As such the company is an important and high profile automotive tier 1 supplier to the automotive industry and a large contributor to the economy of the province of Limburg.
