Limburg Development and Investment Company LIOFNV Industriebank LIOF was established in 1975 as the regional development and investment company covering the Dutch province of Limburg. Headquarters is in Maastricht. LIOF is an independent authority concerned with the development of the Limburg economy and the promotion of its business climate. Shareholders are the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Provincial Government, the Chamber of Commerce and several municipalities in Limburg.
